Hi Rob, your two last images do not appear, but indeed I also noticed the strange modified monad hieroglyphica. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I saw them when I posted. Strange. LOL Here is the first one: The second one: The next day I was poking around and the first one may be Mercury as opposed to the Monas. Remember I am not up-to-speed on a lot of ancient symbols. 🙂 3 T A A A A A A A A A A A T 157 www.Light-of-Truth.com 287 <-- 1 8 8 1 1 O 1 1 8 8 1 --> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Eric Roberts Posted February 22 Share Posted February 22 On 1/22/2023 at 4:44 AM, Kate said: So I decided to do some research into our guy, William Alexander, Earl of Stirling and I came across this book: The First Nova Scotian. It was a available to borrow online so I skip read the whole thing and also used the search function , trying Bacon, Verulam and St Albans. Surprisingly the only return I got was these two, neither of which mention them having a link, which I thought strange. Anyway she specifically says that in her research she’s found a Rosicrucian/ Masonic connection. Above and below are two instances. but this book is also where I saw the reference to Oak island and a picture of the star fort in Annapolis and about WA being resident in London and part of ‘the King’s Court’ . This got me thinking about how it would be impossible for W. Alexander and FB not to have known each other as colonisers - and pretty well. So I put some search terms into Google, something basic like William Alexander + Francis Bacon and blow me down, the first result I got was this brilliant article which just happened to be on a site about Oak Island. I’m not a great fan of the whole Oak Island theory myself but you don’t have to be to get benefit from this article: The Plymouth Connection https://www.oakislandgold.com/the-plymouth-connection.html It confirms it would be impossible for the two of them not to be closely associated (and it even made me wonder if FB hot-footed it to Nova Scotia rather than the heavenly realms in 1626!). I think with The Tragedie of Darius (printed 1603 but likely written before) and The Tempest, plus the sonnets headpiece in Monarchicke Tragedies, we’ve/I’ve uncovered an important link, one that seems to again suggest help or multiple authors of the plays.l and brings WA as a noted poet and Rosicrucian/Mason firmly into the picture. Hi Kate Last month you posted several items about William Alexander, which I somehow failed to notice until now. One contained a link to the "The Plymouth Connection" which I found most interesting and it seems worthy of including the PDF version here highlighting the relationship between Francis Bacon and William Alexander: The Plymouth Connection.pdf 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It’s like a symbolic way of conveying that all the secrets and information Man needs to enter ‘the Temple’ can be found in Shakespeare (by Francis Bacon and his fellows). Just follow the stair/pathway to enlightenment (Mercury). 1 2 The Secret Work of an Age ebook Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kate Posted February 25 Author Share Posted February 25 (edited) I used Tineye to search for the same endpieces. This above is from the previous Christian Cabala link The same ones appear in this book in German and Latin https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=uiuo.ark:/13960/t52f8c541&view=1up&seq=4 Published 1606. There’s some sort of trail to be pursued here. I just changed the link as it didn’t point to the front of the book - it does now. Here’s the first page. Familiar dolphins eh!
