Allisnum2er
I am very happy to share with you a photo of my entry for the great Contest launched by the National Cryptologic Museum in July 2022. The goal was to hide Francis Bacon's famous quote "Knowledge is Power" in a painting or a drawing. Having no skills in drawing, I created a photomontage. Then, I got in touch with the website myDaVinci.com and its top-notch team to create a detailed pencil drawing from my photo. Candy L., the artist behind the Artwork has done an incredible work ! This is my tribute to the Great One. "Tempore patet occulta veritas"

You have a serious work of art on your hands! You have done something (with a little help from Candy L.) that could potentially puzzle and intrigue many people for generations to come. Whether or not you win the competition, which I confidently believe you will, you should have it made into a limited edition poster for commercial distribution. Make sure you have a water-tight copyright on the image. 🙂 P.S. Never tell anyone the answer, unless in strictest confidence. 😊 2

Don't you think it would be a good idea to lock this desirable image so it can't be downloaded? 😉 At nearly 5 MB it blows up quite well to twice the size it appears as here. Soon it could be all over the internet unless protected. What do you and allisnum2er reckon?

Soon it could be all over the internet unless protected. What do you and allisnum2er reckon? The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) provides copyright protection for creative work posted online. However, that does not prevent theft, it allows one to fight it. This forum does not have a download protection feature like we have on the images you provided for the Francis Bacon Portraits From Life. But we could put it on a page using the same application if Yann wants to remove it from this thread with a link to the image. That makes it less easy to steal it. The only way to prevent an image from theft on the internet is to never put it up. That's why the DMCA is so important because we who create media usually want everyone to see it. I've been successful over the years in having Google remove images stolen from me and even banning offenders who ignore copyright laws. Eventually it has become too tedious for me to pursue anymore. I will note that there are lawyers who specialize in digital copyright laws and if someone is making a profit or taking credit for something that is not theirs, these lawyers will go after them with big scary teeth and take a percentage of what they can get from the thief in court which can be substantial in some cases. Yann, if you want to have this on a page that has some theft protections, let me know and we'll make it happen. There would be a link instead of the image. it's possible the National Cryptologic Museum may own some rights as well depending on the agreement to submit work. I haven't read it. 3 T A A A A A A A A A A A T 157 www.Light-of-Truth.com 287 <-- 1 8 8 1 1 O 1 1 8 8 1 -->

At least, I think that I will share in the next few weeks the information that I shared with the National Cryptologic Museum about the concealment of "Knowledge is Power" and some background regarding my choices in the creation of the Photomontage. But I will give a chance to the code breakers to look at it ! 🙂 I did not win the competition, but all the participants have won in some way. Indeed, being impressed with all the Artworks submitted, the National Cryptologic Museum gave us the chance to send our Artworks, for all of them to be temporarily displayed in the Museum. As it was really too much expensive to send them my framed Artwork from France, I had to find an alternative and I finally send them a print copy through myDaVinci.com. I did not have really think about the copyright aspect until now, nor about the possibility for the image to be stolen. I can say that the Museum do not own rights on my work . If you think that it is better to have the photo on a page that has some theft protections, I'd refer to your judgment. Thank you again.

Legally, you are protected (in the US). Your proof is here in this thread. A lawyer could run with it, plus you have a document trail with the museum. Save all emails, letters, receipts, etc. If one day you see someone selling your art making a fortune, stop them and get your due. You can register as well: https://www.copyright.gov/registration/ You have a MASTER PIECE! That is for sure! Is it worth your time to secure? You are in France? Does the DMCA apply for you? Peter Dawkins may be a person to ask if you know him as he created a lot of the Baconian images on Google. 3 T A A A A A A A A A A A T 157 www.Light-of-Truth.com 287 <-- 1 8 8 1 1 O 1 1 8 8 1 -->

So the NCM in Maryland, USA is a cultural extension of the NSA... ! A clever (benign) form of recruitment. Is there some way of seeing some of the other entries in the competition? It was after all about Francis Bacon. I think Light-of-Truth's idea of having a link to the locked image is a great solution. Shame you didn't win. I think we're all gob-smacked by your vision and the intriguing artwork.
Allisnum2er
Good evening everyone, On this special Pi-day, I decided to share with you one of the many secrets of my tribute to Lord Francis Bacon 😊. Pi = 3,14 The 3 books form a pyramid and represent the number 3. The Globe is a sphere and represent the number 1. The Chessboard is a square and represent the number 4. 3,14 Now, what lies, for me, behind 3,14 ? 314 is the gematria of Shadaï, The Almighty. "G0D Almighty first planted a garden." Of Garden - Francis Bacon's Essays (I remind you that the gematria of GAN EDEN is 177 😉 ) 314 is the simple cipher of FRATERNITY OF THE ROSIE CROSS. 314 is the Kay cipher of FRANCIS ST ALBAN. 143 is the simple cipher of QUEEN ELIZABETH 143 is the Kay cipher of ST ALBAN. 413 is the gematria of ELISHEBA. (The name Elizabeth comes from the Hebrew name Elisheba). Happy Pi-day ! 😊 1

(The name Elizabeth comes from the Hebrew name Elisheba). Happy Pi-day ! 😊 Yikes. That's incredibly arbitrary. In the span of the life of the Universe I do not see how anyone could arrive to such a conclusion about what numbers you attribute to the things you mention and then infer an order and a decimal place only to go onto other things from there. In that regard it is a complete non puzzle because it is not solvable. Similarly, using an arbitrary derivation to get the number 314 and to then fish out one possible interpretation of it in terms of a gematria rule that isn't specified among an infinity of possibilities is also unsolvable. The point of a puzzle is for it to have an elegant solution not buried in an infinity of possible interpretations. It can't be predicated on reading your mind. Part of the problem here is that there exists one possible interpretation which you see as the intended solution, but based on the arbitrary choices I see so many other possibilities you could have exploited. For example there are 4 books, one chess board and three dimensions which point arbitrarily to 4x1x3=12. Why is a chessboard 4, BTW? Why is it not 8 if it is 8x8, or 6 because it is 2^6 in square number? Why is a globe 1? Who can infer that without guessing it? A code must yield a solution. If the solution is simply one idea in an infinity of them then it is unreasonable to even ask a person to attempt to read your mind. Working backwards from the solution to explain yourself appears like cherry picking randomly from the image. It is exactly the same criticism you will find being made by statisticians who will assail you when you start with the works of Shakespeare and do arbitrary cherry picking to arrive to very specific suggestions which then extend to gematria. Because there is a near infinity of possibilities, anything can be made to appear by simply being judicious and clever with your choices. That is not code breaking. Code breaking is not done in reverse, by starting with what you desire as a solution and proposing where it is found based on your choices. A code must have a formalism and build up to something or else it is just guesswork. Calling it a secret, as you have, is the correct thing to call it. You must reveal it because there is no way to infer it.

Allisnum2er
Hi C.J, Do you have always the same kind of speech when an artist talks to you about his choices in the composition of his Artwork ? We are not talking here, about my INTERPRETATION of the work of someone else. Yesterday, I decided to share what was MY INTENTION in the composition of MY ARTWORK. I specifically choose 3 books (not 4) in this configuration and the globe, in addition to the Chessboard that would have been enough to fulfil the expectations of the contest, in order to "Seal" my Artwork with the numbers 3, 1 and 4, as a reference (among other things), to Pi and also to the numbers 314, 143 and and 413, based on what these numbers represent FOR ME !!! "Now, what lies, for me, behind 3,14 ?" "The point of a puzzle is for it to have an elegant solution not buried in an infinity of possible interpretations. It can't be predicated on reading your mind." Thank you for reminding me the rules of a good puzzle ! I did not know ! The aim of the contest was to hide the sentence "KNOWLEDGE IS POWER" in an Artwork ! And I am very proud of the elegant solution that I found ! And if there is one code to break it's this one ! I have hidden some other things just for fun. Some of them can be find, but indeed some of them can not ! I knew that what I shared yesterday was in the 2nd category ( except maybe the reference to 3,14 ). It was a little gift , for Pi-day, to show you how IN MY MIND and with MY INTENTION I sealed FRANCIS BACON , QUEEN ELIZABETH and the ROSIE CROSS in my tribute to the Great One. 1

Bravo Allisnum2er! Yann! CJ can certainly "dish it out", and I am pretty confident he can "take it" too. He has a valid Baconian perspective, more aligned with Christie our resident Law expert, and even others who we enjoy around here. You and I, Yann, push the limits along with a few others on our particular cipher and number perspectives. Yann, you are the one who reminds us all that Bacon teaches the "Middle Way." We need both sides spoken and heard, and as our family grows, and our Love develops, Truth will win. I really wanted to do a Pi Day post too, but was tied up most of the day. I was so happy you did one! 🙂 2 T A A A A A A A A A A A T 157 www.Light-of-Truth.com 287 <-- 1 8 8 1 1 O 1 1 8 8 1 -->
Marvin Haines
With regard to the topic of "concealment," I think - no, I know that in many places we get carried away with our interpretations of art. THAT BEING SAID, it is the same mentality that scoffs at the Baconian Thesis for its "confirmation bias" and "lack of true evidence" which defames Allisnum2er's initial post. Another thing I know for certain is that a broken clock is right once a day - That is to say that every idea, except for maybe the Flat Earth Conspiracy, has at least something to offer.)
